Ferguson Family Five - An Adoption Story

I would like to introduce to you the Ferguson Family Five. This is an Adoption story of such love and blessings of this amazing family. I met the Ferguson family because she is the PTA president of my son's school. Her oldest son, Lucas was in my son's class last year. When she showed up for school with a cute little baby, I was taken back because I did not know she was pregnant. She then told me about her adoption story. This is truly a great story.  I will let her give us a brief summary of their adoption journey.

"We all have our talents and Jennifer yours is definitely photography. I sat down to view the photos you took of my family and could not hold back the tears of joy. My family was blessed with the most amazing gift from God.  A little over  a year ago God laid it on my husband and my heart that are family was not yet complete, and he had led us to adoption. The road was bumpy and tough at times. The uncertainty of falling in love with a little guy and not knowing the outcome, can be overwhelming at times. But thru the whole process in all our prayers God just kept reminding us have faith. So on December 15, 2014 God has answered our family prayers with making it official for Matthew Ferguson. Thru this journey my husband and I were also able to see the compassion and acceptance that are two older children have. From the moment we received the call that they had a little boy for our family our two older ones could not be more excited to welcome the newest member to our family. I love the look of love that is captured on our little ones faces as they look at each other. Their little eyes sparkle with joy! Jennifer I could not thank you enough your photography has captured all these emotions for my family that we will treasure forever.
Thank you for this wonderful gift!"

I am so happy that their family is now complete. Welcome to the Ferguson Family Matthew!

Hello all, I wanted to take the time and introduce myself.
Thank you for taking the time and visiting Jennifer Nigro Photography Blog. My love for photography started at an early age, I started with photojournalism classes and being a photographer for my High School year book (Go Vikings - Downey High School). My photography blossomed as I had my children (Two sweet boys and a spunky little girl). Wanting to capture life's most precious moments in time and having a record of it with my own kids made me want to take my hobby into a profession. My clients become so much more to me, we become friends. Since my middle son was diagnosed with Autism at the age of 2.5, has taught me so much more about kids with special needs and the patience needed given to them. A goal of my business is to give everyone the opportunity to have amazing photographs, no matter what their budget. I look forward to working with you and your families. I want to leave you with amazing quote which I base by business by "It is more important to click with people than to click the shutter" by Alfred Eisenstaedt
